The Village of Antwerp’s compost site located at the sanitary sewer plant has been finding stumps and larger limbs—bigger than 3 inches in diameter—dumped at the compost site. The Village can not take anything that can not be chipped. Violators have been dumping large items out of sight of the camerashiding them under existing limbs already at the site.
