Conclusion: Hydroxychloroquine administration to the hospitalized SARSCoV-2 positive population was associated with an increased need for escalation of respiratory support. There were no benefits of hydroxychloroquine on mortality, lymphopenia, or neutrophil-tolymphocyte ratio improvement.
