IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UMA INDÚSTRIA RECICLADORA DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UMA INDÚSTRIA RECICLADORA DE PET NO MUNICÍPIO DE ALFENAS – SUL DE MINAS GERAIS

This paper presents a feasibility study for installing a plastic (PET) recycling plant
in the town of Alfenas, in the South of Minas Gerais State. It discusses the population
involved and the required volumes of waste to be processed relating to installation and
operational costs. It demonstrates the actual need for integrated waste management in
small and medium-size towns for the projects to be successful.
