Introduction to policy instruments for Municipal Solid Waste Management

The webinar will start with a general overview about policy, regulations and other policy instruments in SWM and the importance of having them in place in order to support municipalities´ SWM, providing examples from the Costa Rican experience.  The webinar will also provide inputs on the impact of policy and regulatory frameworks on project financing in developing countries.
