Mr. Fussy is not a procrastinator. Oh, no. Put off a task until later? Not our man. For example, when Household Hazardous Products Drop-Off re-opened in July you can bet he was first in line. With his cans of no longer needed oil paints, bug sprays, cleaning chemicals, anti-freeze, fire extinguishers and propane tanks all lined up in the trunk of his car for easy removal. What a guy.
