The request regarding the distribution of CERs can only be changed if all signatories of the previous
instruction have agreed to the change and signed the appropriate document.
A change of project participants shall immediately be communicated to the Executive Board through the
secretariat. The indication of change shall be signed by all project participants of the previous
communication and by all new and remaining project participants. Each new project participant needs
authorization, as required.
