Steering Committee

A Steering Committee of an NCF makes decisions on the disbursal of funds and oversees the high-level activities, including policy and operational guidelines, strategic direction and reporting. This group is often made up of multiple government ministries, such as environment, planning and finance, and representatives from civil society, the United Nations, development banks, private sector or other partners.
