‘Tree leaf misery‘ to begin soon

There are several ways to deal with the leaf supply. Locally, the most labor-intensive method with the least return is to bag the leaves and set them on the curb. In many areas of the country, this is illegal. Tahlequah uses the leaves as part of its composting program.
