A Party not included in Annex I to the Convention on whose territory the CDM project activity is
physically located. A project activity located in several countries has several host Parties. At the time of
registration, a Host Party shall meet the requirements for participation as defined in paragraphs 28 to 30
of the CDM modalities and procedures.
