Thermal Deployment in the Pacific Northwest

The biomass thermal sector is a strong and growing segment of the bioenergy industry in the Pacific Northwest. Successful development and deployment of biomass thermal projects relies principally on the demand for clean energy, the availability of feedstock, and potent partnerships among the involved parties. The states of Washington and Oregon strongly support the growth of the bioenergy industry by providing grants, supporting feasibility studies, and streamlining the permitting process, having led to numerous completed projects and others that are breaking ground this summer. The webinar will feature projects that are currently operational and under development, offering attendees insight on what key partnerships and strategies during their development and deployment that led to success.
